My career in real estate started in 1988 when I teamed up with ERA® Martelli-Davidson based out of Middletown, Delaware. Soon thereafter, ERA was acquired by Gilpin Realtors, which was eventually acquired by Patterson-Schwartz in 1994.

Currently, my "official" business office is located in Newark, Delaware. However, I can often be found in my "mobile"
office which consists of my car, a laptop computer and a very worn brief case. Real estate is anything but a desk job!

From the start, my involvement in the real estate business has been on a full-time basis. Over the course of 12 plus years, I have increased my knowledge and sharpened my expertise in many aspects of the business. This has been accomplished through formal educational classes as well as many hours of on-the-job training.

By actively working in the Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania areas, I have had the opportunity to list and sell millions of dollars of real estate each year. This, combined with the fact I'm a true native of Wilmington, makes me and my marketing team a great choice to help you buy or sell your next home.
