The Pricing Your House

Any house is only worth what someone will pay for it. The two main factors that influence what someone will pay for a house are location and condition. As simple as location is, its significance in determining the value of your home is paramount. Location encompasses region, town, and neighborhood. All three of these influence the value of your home probably more than anything else. Basically, if your property is located in a desirable area that is in demand, you will be able to obtain a higher price for the same property in a less desirable location. While there's not much you can do about the location of your home, you can improve the second main factor, condition. A home in well-kept condition will be more valuable than a neglected home.
